Jim Kelly’s 35+ year career spans leadership positions in Fortune 100 firms, as well as mid-sized family-held businesses and small PE-backed consumer packaged goods organizations. He has served as CEO, President, and CMO in companies that compete in the U.S. and Canada.
Jim also has had considerable experience in consulting roles for prominent Fortune 500 companies in a range of consumer-oriented industries, as well as emerging technology firms.
He is known as a marketing/sales leader and strong general manager.

During his tenure at Warner Lambert, Jim delivered nearly $100M in incremental volume while earning the company’s prestigious Prizing Creativity Award for career entrepreneurial contributions.
President & General Manager, Combe North America
Jim led the company through the most dramatic period of growth in its history, nearly doubling its revenue and completing the largest acquisition in company history. The growth was achieved by delivering a robust innovation pipeline, and it increased the value of Combe’s stock by 41%.
Chief Marketing and Innovation Officer, Prestige Brands
Jim led priority brands to a +5% CAGR in a flat OTC market under significantly constrained resources.

While at Vermont’s Original, Jim reinvigorated the 120-year-old Bag Balm business, driving sales +67% since acquisition and increasing company valuation +50% in 3 years.
